Feedback shows up where your team lives

Connect Pin Feed to a Slack channel in one click. New pins, comments, resolves, and mentions post as they happen, each with a View pin link back to the exact spot on the page.

What posts

Four events, nothing else

Each event type has its own toggle, so your channel gets exactly the noise level it can stand. Every message carries a View pin link.

New pins

Someone drops a pin on the page and the channel knows, with the page, the viewport, and the first line of the note.

Comments

Thread replies post as they happen, so a stalled conversation gets unstalled without anyone checking the app.

Resolves

When a pin gets marked resolved, the channel sees it. Quiet proof that things are actually shipping.

Mentions

@mention a teammate in a thread and it lands in Slack too, not just in their notification bell.

Setup

One click, then forget it's there

01

Click Add to Slack

One click from workspace settings starts the Slack OAuth flow. The workspace owner approves it and picks a channel. That's the whole install.

02

Choose what posts

Flip the per-event toggles for new pins, comments, resolves, and mentions. Your channel only hears about what you opted into.

03

Send a test message

Hit the test button, watch it land in the channel, and you're done. Switch channels or disconnect any time from the same screen.

View pin deep links

Every message is a door back to the page

A notification that just says “new comment” sends you hunting. Every Pin Feed message carries a View pin link that opens the exact pin on the exact page, thread and all. Your client keeps using the share link review flow (a name and an email, no account), your team keeps living in Slack, and both sides are looking at the same pin.

  • View pin opens the page with the right pin in focus, no scrolling hunt
  • The screenshot captured at pin time preserves the context, even after the page changes
  • Resolve the pin in Pin Feed and the channel gets the good news too

Can we tighten the H1 tracking? Feels loose at this size.

Your rules

Loud enough to be useful, quiet enough to keep

Most integrations get disconnected because they flood the channel. This one stays connected because you control every message type.

Per-event toggles

Turn each of the four events on or off. A pre-launch QA sweep might want everything; a quiet retainer might want resolves only.

Test message

One button posts a test to the connected channel, so you know the wiring works before the real feedback starts.

Channel switch

Move the feed from #design to #client-acme whenever the project changes hands. One connected channel, your pick.

Disconnect any time

Connecting is owner-only and disconnecting is one click. The connection is stored encrypted on our servers.

Coming soon

Jira, Linear, and Trello are on the roadmap, and this page will grow into a proper integrations hub when they ship. In the meantime, if your team already reviews campaigns in Slack, see how marketing teams run landing page review with Pin Feed.
